Includes inspection, standard pretreatment, ordinary spot treatment, carpet extraction, and rinse. “Prices are per apartment unit and apply only to the carpeted area being cleaned—not the apartment’s total square footage.” Starting prices per apartment unit: • Up to 400 carpeted sq. ft.: $150 • 401–600 carpeted sq. ft.: $199 • 601–800 carpeted sq. ft.: $249 • Over 800 carpeted sq. ft.: Request a quote Measure only the carpeted area being cleaned—not the apartment’s total square footage. Separate units cannot be combined into one package. Starting prices apply to standard carpet with normal household soil and straightforward access. Stairs, pet urine and odor treatments, specialty stain removal, and carpet protection are additional. Heavy soil or difficult access may require a custom quote. Please provide your floor level, elevator availability, and parking or building access instructions. Clear small items and arrange heavy furniture before your appointment. We confirm measurements and the total price before cleaning begins. Any additional work requires your approval. Complete stain and odor removal cannot be guaranteed.
