This 30-minute appointment is for an on-site assessment and estimate. Cleaning is scheduled separately after we confirm the scope, condition, access requirements, and pricing. Detailed cleaning of vacant apartments and rental homes for property managers and landlords preparing a unit for its next resident. Your customized cleaning plan can include: • Kitchen countertops, sinks, backsplashes, and appliance exteriors • Bathroom toilets, sinks, tubs, showers, and fixtures • Accessible surfaces, baseboards, doors, and window sills • Interior cabinets and drawers when empty • Closet shelves and floors • Vacuuming carpets and sweeping and mopping suitable hard floors Inside ovens and refrigerators, interior windows, heavy buildup, and excessive trash removal must be requested and included in the quote. Professional carpet extraction, machine tile and grout cleaning, and upholstery cleaning are quoted separately. Units must be vacant, with belongings removed and working water and electricity available. Pricing depends on unit size, bathrooms, condition, and requested tasks. Ask about multiple-unit and recurring turnover service. We confirm the cleaning checklist, schedule, and total price before work begins. Additional work requires your approval.
