Professional cleaning for carpeted stairs to lift everyday dirt and address common spots and high-traffic buildup. Includes inspection, standard pretreatment, ordinary spot treatment, and extraction and rinse of carpeted treads and risers. Added to a carpet cleaning appointment: $6 per step. For example, 13 steps cost $78 in addition to your carpet cleaning package. Each tread and its attached riser count together as one step. Landings are measured and quoted separately. Standalone stair cleaning: $150 minimum per appointment. Your total is the greater of the minimum charge or the quoted stair and landing cleaning price. Starting prices apply to standard carpet with normal household soil and straightforward access. Pet urine and odor treatment, specialty stains, delicate fibers, and heavy buildup require additional pricing. Please clear the stairs and landings and secure pets before service. We confirm the step count, scope, and total price before work begins. Additional work requires your approval. Complete stain removal cannot be guaranteed. Please limit use of the stairs until dry.

Carpet Cleaning Booking Policy Room size & pricing: The starting price of $150 covers one standard room up to 200 square feet. Oversized rooms and open living/dining spaces require a custom quote. Measurements and the total price are confirmed before cleaning begins. Additional treatments: Stairs, pet urine and odor treatments, specialty stain removal, and heavy furniture moving are not included. Additional charges require your approval before work begins. Before your appointment: Please remove small items, fragile belongings, and clutter from the cleaning area. Arrange heavy furniture in advance and secure pets during service. Booking confirmation: Your requested appointment is confirmed once our team verifies availability and service details. Cancellations & rescheduling: Please provide at least 48 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cleaning results: Results depend on carpet condition, fiber type, and prior damage. Complete removal of all stains and odors cannot be guaranteed. Drying time varies; allow the carpet to dry fully before replacing furniture.
