Targeted carpet treatment for pet accidents, stains, and odors. Available as a standalone service or an optional add-on to a carpet cleaning appointment. Standalone Service — Starting at $150 Includes a service visit, inspection, and targeted treatment and extraction of one localized affected area up to 3 × 3 feet. Full-room carpet cleaning is not included. Additional affected areas are quoted separately. Carpet Cleaning Add-On — Starting at $35 per affected area Available only when added to a carpet cleaning appointment. Each localized treatment area is up to 3 × 3 feet. This charge is additional to your carpet cleaning package; it does not cover a separate service visit. Larger Areas & Deep Contamination Multiple spots, widespread odors, repeated accidents, or contamination reaching the carpet backing, padding, or subfloor require inspection and a custom quote. Padding replacement, subfloor treatment, and repairs are not included. Before Your Appointment Please identify known accident locations, tell us about any products previously applied, and clear small items from the treatment area. Secure pets during service. Pricing & Results We confirm the affected areas, recommended treatment, and total price before work begins. Additional work requires your approval. Results depend on carpet material, prior treatments, and the age and severity of the contamination. Permanent discoloration may remain, and complete stain or odor removal cannot be guaranteed.
